Strategic Communications

The practice.

Media relations for work that can carry its own weight. We make the introduction between substantive work and the reporters whose beat it belongs on, one at a time.

What we take on
  • Data and research. Public-interest datasets, tools, and analysis, launched with the methodology in hand.
  • Reporting and investigations. Work that needs to reach the desks that will take it seriously, with the documentation to back it.
  • Books. Long-lead campaigns worked alongside the publisher, from galley to review.
  • Film. Documentary work placed with critics, programmers, and the writers who cover the field.

What we do not do

Volume. No purchased lists, no blasts, no drip sequences, no paid amplification dressed as earned coverage. A note from this firm was written for the person it reached.

We keep the docket short on purpose. If the work is not true, or does not matter, we are the wrong firm for it.
